  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add olive oil, onion, and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken ham, chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and lasagna noodles, cooking until the noodles are tender.
  5. Add spinach until wilted, then stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon and parmesan cheese.
