White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

This creamy and delicious white chocolate peanut butter fudge is the perfect sweet treat that’s easy to make and indulgent.

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in chopped peanuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding a pinch of sea salt on top before refrigeration.
