- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
