  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup cookie dough (prepared)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, mixing until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Top with the cookie dough in an even layer.
  9. Spread the remaining brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
