Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, eggs, softened butter, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out dough and spread melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and slice into individual rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
