- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tater tots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until cooked through.
- Drain excess fat and stir in cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with tater tots and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some mixed vegetables to the beef mixture.
- This dish can also be topped with sour cream before serving.
