  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the crust with olive oil.
  5. Layer the sliced peaches and prosciutto evenly on the crust.
  6. Top with fresh mozzarella and sprinkle with chopped basil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza before serving.
