Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Add in the spinach, artichoke hearts, turkey bacon, and both cheeses. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with chips or vegetables.
