- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
