- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
