- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup sliced provolone cheese
- Optional fresh parsley for garnish
