  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup sliced provolone cheese
  • Optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  2. Place the roast in the slow cooker and add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  4. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it back into the juices.
  5. Slice the hoagie rolls and fill them with the shredded beef and top with provolone cheese.
  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
