  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In the slow cooker, add the diced potatoes, cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients well, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  4. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and cover again until melted.
