  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 cup black beans

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the short ribs and chorizo over medium-high heat.
