  • 4 pita pockets
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange shredded chicken on a sheet pan and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  3. Place in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
