  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
  4. Place a generous amount of the filling onto each chicken breast and roll them up tightly.
  5. Secure with toothpicks and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
