  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
