Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the walnuts if using.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
