  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter to create the crumb topping.
  3. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and mix well.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with sliced peaches and then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
