Pancake Poppers are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or meal that combine fluffy pancakes with savory fillings of chicken ham and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter together.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in chicken ham and turkey bacon.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a tablespoon of batter for each popper.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip to cook the other side until golden brown.
