  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes, then add them to a large pot with chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté onions and turkey bacon until onions are translucent.
  4. Add the sautéed mixture to the pot of potatoes.
  5. Stir in the chicken ham, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Puree the soup using an immersion blender until smooth.
  7. Return to low heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  8. Heat through before serving.
  9. Garnish with cheddar cheese and green onions.
