  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups and refrigerate.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crusts and smooth the top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
