  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sliced French bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are tender.
  6. Spread the ricotta cheese on toasted bread slices.
  7. Top with the sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
