  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, peas, carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and thyme. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Cover with pie crust, sealing the edges. Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
