  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sheet pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add the onions and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in the flour, then gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
  4. Add the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Pour the chicken mixture into a casserole dish and cover with the pie crust.
