  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, mix chicken broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Serve meatballs with gravy.
