Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  5. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
  • These meatballs freeze well; store in an airtight container.
