  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place turkey bacon on a baking sheet and top with sautéed vegetables and cheese.
  6. Roll the turkey bacon around the filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
