  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
