How To Make 5-Star Pot Roast Slow Cooker Fast & Easy

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the beef roast on all sides until browned.
  2. Transfer the roast to the slow cooker.
