Hot Italian Sub Sliders

A delicious twist on classic sliders, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and layer the bottom halves with chicken ham, turkey bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; brush the mixture over the assembled sliders.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sliced peppers or onions.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
