- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, warm the chicken ham.
- Slice the slider buns in half and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers on the bottom half of each bun.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover with the top half of the buns and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
