- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
