4 chicken breasts
1 pound baby potatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Add baby potatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken and potatoes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
