Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

This dish features tender steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, complemented by crispy potatoes, making it a perfect comfort food option.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove steak from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Add the baby potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  5. Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  6. Combine the cooked steak bites with the potatoes and serve warm.
