- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Stir until fragrant.
