  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Slice the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in halves.
  3. Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon to the bowl.
