- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (Swiss or Gruyere)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook onions until caramelized.
- In a large bowl, combine orzo, chicken, turkey bacon, and caramelized onions.
