- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until caramelized.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, caramelized onions, beef broth, sour cream, salt, pepper, and thyme.
