- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the bowl and mix until smooth.
