Fish Puttanesca combines the bold flavors of traditional puttanesca sauce with tender fish, creating a dish that is both quick and satisfying.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
