  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, lightly sauté the chicken ham until warmed.
