  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 English muffin

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. In the same skillet, crack an egg and cook it sunny side up.
  3. While the egg is cooking, split and toast the English muffin.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the turkey bacon on one half of the muffin, adding the egg, then topping with cheese and the other half of the muffin.
