  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
