- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
