8 ounces elbow macaroni
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup celery, diced
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped hard-boiled eggs, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the green onions and celery, and fold gently into the mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
