Delicious Taco Bake Casserole with Tortillas You’ll Love

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Layer half of the tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Add half of the beef mixture, followed by half of the salsa and cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils.
