  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In the crock pot, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Once cooked, use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a creamier texture.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional turkey bacon and cheese if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add more cream cheese.
  • Top with green onions for added flavor.
