  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, half of the cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix the remaining cheese with chicken broth and pour over the tortillas.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
