  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix in the crumbled turkey bacon.
