Creamy Steak Pasta Garlic

A deliciously creamy steak pasta dish that combines garlic flavors with the richness of turkey bacon.

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well-coated.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes when cooking the garlic.
  • Can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp if desired.
