8 ounces penne pasta
1 pound chicken breast, diced
4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
Add diced chicken breast and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Mix in grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
